A full apartment move within Dubai typically costs AED 800–2,000 depending on size, number of floors, and whether packing is included. Studio moves from AED 500. Villa moves from AED 1,500. All prices include delivery and assembly at the new address.
Do I need to book the freight elevator in advance?

Yes — most Dubai residential towers require the freight elevator to be booked 24–48 hours in advance through building management. We coordinate this for you as part of the moving process. Some Nakheel and Emaar buildings also require a no-objection letter (NOC) from the landlord.
Can you move furniture to Palm Jumeirah or gated communities?

Yes. We regularly move to and from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown, The Springs, Arabian Ranches, and all other gated communities. Gate access is arranged ahead of time — just let us know the community when booking.
How far in advance should I book for a Dubai move?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for apartment moves and 7+ days for full villa moves. End-of-month slots fill up quickly — if your move date falls on the last week of the month, book as early as possible.
